I think Mike's version of building a team needs to be thrown out, and...


...he needs to use the WF model of hitting the portal for players. He can turn this around in the off-season.

We need to avoid the guys who have no killer instinct and can't hit the water falling out of a boat when the game is on the line, and instead bring in a few guys who will put the team on their back and carry them to victory.
